This tournament is basically for welcoming the new game\, everybody at all levels (Beginner to expert) are welcome to participate. Casuals are open at 3:30 PM and the bracket will begin at 5:30-6:00 PM. There will be casuals open with other fighting games. \nGENERAL INFORMATION: \n-Double elimination (Winner and loser’s brackets)\n-All matches 2/3\, 3/5 in Winner’s/Loser’s and Grand Finals.\n-Tournament mostly played on PS4\n-Bring your own controller/fightstick \nPayment:\n-15$ (10$ entry fee & 5$ tournament fee that goes directly to the prize pool)\n-Spectating is free\n-Payable by cash or debit/credit \nPrize pool distribution:\n-12 players and less= 1st 100%\n-Between 13-18 players= 1st 60% and 2nd 40%\n-19 players and over= 1st 55%\, 2nd 30% and 3rd 15%

It will make the bracket making process run far smoother for staff. Last year\, 1 representative was sent from Canada. This year\, 3 participating cities (Toronto / Montreal / Vancouver) will send THREE representatives to show who the best Region is. The 6 teams from each Division will face off against each other in a Round Robin tournament in Santa Monica California. The top team to come out of that tournament will move onto the Championship Match. \nPHASE 3 – CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH\nThe 2 qualifying teams from each Division will face off in the FInals to determine the top team in Red Bull Proving Grounds. This will be a 3v3 Team Tournament but the winning team must win by 2 sets for a conclusive winner. \nGRAND PRIZE\n1st place: $6000USD ($2000USD per team member) Round trip and entry into the CPT North American Championships for the Team AND the top 8 of the winning Leader board. \nEVENT DATES\nSaturday August 5th\nSaturday September 2nd\nSaturday October 7th \nDISCLAIMER FOR US RESIDENTS:\nWe are always happy to have friends from the United States participate in tournaments.
