West Island SF – Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite Opening Tournament

What is up everyone,

So after nearly two months of break, we’re finally back to host a tournament, only this time, with the newly released Marvel vs. Capcom: Infinite. This tournament is basically for welcoming the new game, everybody at all levels (Beginner to expert) are welcome to participate. Casuals are open at 3:30 PM and the bracket will begin at 5:30-6:00 PM. There will be casuals open with other fighting games.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

-Double elimination (Winner and loser’s brackets)
-All matches 2/3, 3/5 in Winner’s/Loser’s and Grand Finals.
-Tournament mostly played on PS4
-Bring your own controller/fightstick

Payment:
-15$ (10$ entry fee & 5$ tournament fee that goes directly to the prize pool)
-Spectating is free
-Payable by cash or debit/credit

Prize pool distribution:
-12 players and less= 1st 100%
-Between 13-18 players= 1st 60% and 2nd 40%
-19 players and over= 1st 55%, 2nd 30% and 3rd 15%
