Update CoD – ESWC NA 2014

Bonjour tout le monde et bon lundi! Il n’y a plus que 4 jours avant le début de l’ESWC NA (Electronic Sports World Cup Nord Américain) et c’est le temps pour un petit update de début de semaine!
Commençons par les mauvaises nouvelles. Team eLevate et team Rise Nation ne pourront pas participer au tournoi de Call of Duty: Ghost (CoD). Pour des raisons personnelles et médicales, ces deux équipes devront s’abstenir. Nous leur souhaitons de tout coeur un prompt rétablissement et beaucoup de succès dans leurs prochaines compétitions! Mais cela fait que nous manquons deux équipes pour avoir un tournoi en bonne et due forme! C’est pour cela que nous vous annoncons que Team DeForeX et Team Vicious and Delicious seront de la partie! Ils iront se battre avec Team Boreal et Team JusTus pour un billet d’avion, une chambre d’hôtel et une place dans la finale mondiale de l’ESWC a Paris!
Parlant de l’ESWC, voici un lien pour le PDF des règles CoD qui seront utilisées en fin de semaine pour la finale nord-américaine. Le format utilisé sera un 3 de 5 à double élimination et nos amis de chez XGQ (Xtreme Gaming Quebec) se feront un plaisir d’arbitrer le match et Mike “Fuzzy” Sargent l’arbitre de la station “B”! Sébastien Martel-Robidoux et Patrick Fortunato s’occuperont de commenter le stream en français tandis qu’Austin “Pamaj” Pamajewon (@Pamaj) et John “Revan” Boble (@CrsRevan) s’occuperont du stream anglophone sur MLG.tv

Update CoD – ESWC NA 2014

Good morning everybody and happy Monday! There’s only 4 days left before the start of the ESWC NA (Electronic Sports World Cup North American) finals and we feel like it’s the time for a small start-of-the-week update!
Unfortunately Team eLevate and Rise Nation will not be with us to participate in the Call of Duty: Ghosts (CoD) NA finals this weekend. For personal and medical reasons, these teams will have to stay home. We wish them all the best of luck in the personal endeavours and future competitions! … But we are still short of two teams for the finals! Fortunately, Team DeForeX and Team Vicious and Delicious will be joining us! They’ll compete with Team Boreal and Team JusTus for a plane ticket, an hotel room and a chance to play in the ESWC world finals in Paris!
Speaking of ESWC, here’s a link to the CoD rules that will be used in this weekend competition. The format used will be a Best of Five, double elimination and our good friends over at XGQ (Xtreme Gaming Quebec) will be the referee on the main stage as Mike “Fuzzy” Sargent will be the referee at station “B”. Sebastien Martel-Robidoux and Patrick Fortunato will also be casting the french side of the stream while Austin “Pamaj” Pamajevon (@Pamaj) and John “Revan” Boble (@CrsRevan) will take care of the anglophone side, on MLG.tv
