1. RANK RESTRICTIONS
There are no rank restrictions for this tournament.

2. SMURFS
We desire to deliver quality tournaments for everyone to enjoy. Hence, smurfing is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances for any of our events. Anyone caught smurfing will be automatically banned for this tournament and PERMANTENTLY banned for all of our future tournaments. This also applies to the rest of the team involved with the player(s) smurfing.

**If you happen to know of a smurfing participant in our tournament, please send us a private message with legitimate and detailed proof of it. You will remain anonymous and will be rewarded for your help. Please be careful with your reports, as we do not want false accusations that could ruin the experience of five players.

3. ATTITUDE
Neither bad mannerism nor toxicity will be allowed. Players committing such acts will be warned, and may be disqualified if they decide to not conform to an acceptable behavior.

4. PARTICIPANTS
Your team must consist of AT LEAST THREE (2) VANIER STUDENTS. We want to encourage participation from our students as well as to encourage players from our community to reach out to Vanier College students in order to socialize and to create bonds! Players must also be residents of QUEBEC, as we desire to promote eSports culture in our local area, and as most of our prizes will be given personally.

5. ROSTER CHANGES
You may change your team rosters after registering, but you must have notified us at least three days before the day of the tournament. Please PM us with the information needed to register for this tournament for your new player(s).
**If there is a lack of information, the roster change will not go through.

6. UNIQUE TEAM PARTICIPATION
You may only register for ONE (1) team. A player may not register for one team as a starter and as a substitute for another.

7. TOURNAMENT FORMAT
The tournament format will be the following: best out of 1 until semi-finals, best out of 3 for finals.

9. GAME CREATION
A tournament code will be provided to you in the VCSA RIFT chat room for you to enter in Custom > Tournament Code in the client. Please DO NOT create your own rooms. Any games played without our approval will not be counted into the tournament.
Upon the creation of the room, each team is allowed 10 minutes to be ready. Any team still missing player(s) or not ready to start after the 10 minutes will automatically lose.

10. CHAMPION SELECT DISCONNECTION
Anyone who DISCONNECTS during champion select may have their game recreated with the SAME CHAMPIONS from the previous champion select.
